CLIENT: Duquesne Light Company

We enjoyed working with Duquesne Light Company’s team and Carpenter Connection on a very tight schedule to design the looks, mechanics and games for two different touchscreen experiences. After building them, we installed them on-site, and provided assistance with other technical issues for DLC’s large display at the nation’s largest HOME EXPO. It was so cool, they put our work on the local CBS affiliate morning show (KDKA’s Pittsburgh Today Live).

We keep the office computers computing and the printers printing. With a mix of old and new, PCs and MACs, we are pleased to be the remote IT staff for Ziccarelli Enterprises. We handle the office internet, network, and support for each individual machine on site, as well as support for the legacy lightboard in front of Feldarelli Square.

Simply stated, Mary Lee Montague is a wonderful client that became a true friend. Our initial gig was building a site and some promo materials for her nonprofit executive search firm Montague & Associates. Over the last year, we have grown together to remotely manage their IT needs, create multiple email campaigns, proof and tweak presentations, and assist with remote ZOOM conferences in times of COVID-19.
